Fall River Basin consists of two separate entities.

 

1. Fall River Basin Foundation TRUST

-This is a holding style organization, which insures that the lands and leases held by it are kept safe, and that the interest of all parties involved are recognized and nurtured. This is a NON-PROFIT organization.

 

2. Fall River Basin Foundation, INC.

-This entity is the working side or the FOR-PROFIT side of this great organization.  FRBG, Inc. has over 30 subsidiaries to ensure safe and effective development of resources sought after in Wyoming.
